Casa del Sol apartments are designed to be convenient and comfortable, offering both privacy and easy access to community activities. Choose from a selection of one and two bedroom, one bath, apartments that have a kitchen, patio, and carport space. Not enough room? Our duplexes offer two bedrooms and two baths, plus a one or two car garage. Choose between three financial options: life lease, variable entry fee, or rent. To simplify your life, each option includes a utility and service fee, which covers all utilities except telephone and electric for the duplexes. Cable TV, maintenance inside and outside, grounds-keeping, and snow removal are all part of the package. Our rentals start at 735.00 a month.
